"Chelexa Design and Engineering LLC" is a Southeast Michigan based Design, Engineering and Manufacturing Consulting firm. Our main market focus is Automotive Engineering related services. We have been assisting Automotive OEM's and Tier One suppliers globally with timely, professional, and cost effective engineering related services since 1998. At Chelexa, our main purpose is to provide the proper CAD and CAE tools required to support all major automotive OEM’S and Tier one’s in their respective CAD formats, thus reducing re-mastering and translation costs significantly.

Located in Taylor, Michigan, "Chelexa Design" is no more than a short drive away from Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, and Nissan Engineering Centers, as well as the Warren TACOM facility. This location was a deliberate selection in order to support all customers within the aforementioned engineering centers without being too close to any one OEM in particular. Our friendly and experienced staff have combined experience in such areas as automotive body, chassis, powertrain, suspension, steering, interior trim, and electrical design and packaging. This experience includes, but is not limited to, plastic injection molded components, extruded products, rubber molded components, metal stampings, die castings, sand castings, seals etc. Additionally, even though a majority of our work is Automotive based, we have also grown into a viable support mechanism for non-automotive customers as well. We have on-going work in the medical, military, and consumer goods market places.
